Adding a Co-Seller to Your Account
How to invite a co-owner or representative to view or manage your property listing.
The Account Access feature lets you invite another person — such as a co-owner, spouse, or authorized representative — to access your property listing. They can be assigned Full Access (can view and edit) or View Only (can view details only).
To invite someone: go to Settings → Account Access. Your property listings will appear. Click "+ Invite someone" under the listing you want to share, enter the invitee's email address, choose a permission level (Full Access or View Only), and click "Send Invitation". An invitation email will be sent with a link valid for 7 days.
The invitee must already have an OnMLS account registered with the same email address the invitation was sent to. When they click the link in the invitation email, they will be prompted to log in (if not already) and the access will be granted automatically.
To change a co-seller's permission level, return to Settings → Account Access, find the co-seller under the property, and use the permission dropdown to switch between Full Access and View Only. The change takes effect immediately.
To remove a co-seller's access, click the remove (×) button next to their name in Settings → Account Access. Access is revoked immediately. You can also cancel a pending invitation before it is accepted using the same screen.
