If you co-own the property or want to give an authorized representative access to your listing dashboard, you can invite them from Settings → Account Access.

Enter their email address and select their access level. Full Access allows the co-user to edit listing details, manage showings, and view offer summaries. View Only provides read-only access.

The invited user will receive an email with a link to create or connect their OnMLS account. You can revoke access at any time.

Note: Adding a co-user does not change who the licensed broker represents. All brokerage communications remain between the broker and the primary account holder.

Brokerage services provided by your assigned licensed broker, a licensed brokerage. OnMLS is a technology platform that facilitates MLS listings through our licensed brokerage partner. Buyer-agent commission is separate, optional, and negotiable.
