How the OnMLS Platform Works

Understand the OnMLS preparation-to-listing workflow.

OnMLS Support Team··1 min read

OnMLS is a technology platform that helps home sellers prepare their listing and connects them with a licensed broker who submits the listing to the MLS. OnMLS does not hold a real estate license and does not list homes directly.

The process: (1) Create your account. (2) Enter property details and upload photos using our guided tools. (3) Select a plan. (4) Your assigned licensed broker reviews and submits to your local MLS. (5) After MLS acceptance (typically 1–3 business days), your listing syndicates to Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and 50+ sites where available.

MLS submission timelines depend on broker review and MLS processing. Activation is not instantaneous — your listing enters Preparation Mode until broker approval and MLS acceptance are complete.

Brokerage services are provided by your assigned licensed broker, a licensed brokerage, or a licensed partner broker in your state. All MLS-related activity is performed by the licensed broker, not the OnMLS platform.
