Managing Showings

Control your showing schedule and review showing requests.

Showing requests are routed through your OnMLS dashboard. Depending on your listing agreement with your assigned licensed broker, you may be able to approve, decline, or suggest alternative times directly — confirm your showing management permissions with your assigned broker.

Set your availability preferences upfront (available times, notice required, lockbox vs. accompanied showings) so agents can plan accordingly.

After each showing, buyers' agents may submit feedback through the MLS system. Your broker forwards relevant feedback to your dashboard so you can track interest and identify trends.

You can pause showings temporarily (for example, during a vacation or home repair) without withdrawing your listing. Simply update your availability in the dashboard.

Brokerage services provided by your assigned licensed broker, a licensed brokerage. OnMLS is a technology platform that facilitates MLS listings through our licensed brokerage partner. Buyer-agent commission is separate, optional, and negotiable.
